Held over 3 days this 18 hour Advanced course teaches exercises in the repertoire that require greater strength, stability and flexibility. Participants must have completed STOTT PILATES Intensive or Comprehensive Reformer Training.
Prerequisite: Complete Comprehensive or Intensive Reformer Course.
