Total Barre Classes Now Available

Total Barre applies STOTT PILATES principles to barre exercises. It integrates functional, dynamic movement in every plane—at varied speeds and rhythms. Students have to think on their feet to quickly coordinate stability, balance and movement.

This barre workout flows through high-powered sequences that are designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the arms, legs, and core resulting in a long and lean physique. Each session incorporates a variety of props to keep your body (and mind) guessing and also offers modifications that will continually keep you motivated and energized. This class will challenge and change your body from the ground up. No dance experience or tutus required!

Classes are limited to 10 people, so each student gets the attention they need to perform exercises  correctly and effectively.
