Want to learn more about Pilates and how you can benefit from this amazing modality?? Join us at 12:00pm on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays for a 55 minute session on the various Pilates apparatus.
You will learn how apply the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles to select Essential Reformer/Tower and Mat-based exercises. We will cover movement essence, exercise goals and how to use the apparatus to develop core stability, peripheral strength and neuromuscular control.
Starting October 17th, this is a 4 week series with the option of purchasing a 4 or 8 session package.
4 session package for $95 or 8 session package for $185 (all packages are subject to Hawaii state tax)
